1: Terms of booking conditions for camping pitches

 Conditions for reservations 2020 made from May 25th 2020

Non-refundable rate conditions

• Payment of the entire amount of the stay will be made at the time of making reservation. In the case of selecting the method of payment by bank transfer, you will have a timeframe of 3 days for the payment to have been received by the campsite.
• The amount paid will not be returned in any case.
• For those reservations made less than a week in advance, this rate will not be applicable.

 

Refundable or Flexible Rate Conditions

Reservations staying from June 19th to July 24th.

• Payment of 15% of the entire stay will be made at the time of making reservation. In case of selecting the method of payment by bank transfer, you will have 7 days for the payment to have been received by the campsite.
• The rest of the payment must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival at the campsite. All information will be sent to you via email to proceed to check-in online and also proceed with the payment.
• In case of cancellation, the amount paid can be returned by the campsite as long as the customer has notified by email at least 48 hours before 00:00 on the date of arrival at the campsite.
• If the costumer notifies later than 48 hours before to 00:00 on the date of arrival, or does not show up on the scheduled day, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Reservations staying from July 25th till end of season 2020

• Payment of 30% of the entire stay will be made at the time of making reservation. In case of selecting the method of payment by transfer, you will have a margin of 7 days for the payment to have been received by the campsite.
• The rest of the payment must be made 7 days before the date of arrival at the campsite. All information will be sent to you via email to proceed to check-in online and also proceed with the payment.
• In case of cancellation, the amount paid can be returned by the campsite as long as the customer has notified by email at least 7 days before 00:00 on the date of arrival at the campsite.
• If the costumer notifies later than 7 days before to 00:00 on the date of arrival, or does not show up on the scheduled day, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

 

Conditions for reservations 2020 made before May 25th 2020 or for season 2021

Deposit: This will consist of 50% of the total amount. The rest to be paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn’t take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay.  This amount will be deducted from the final bill. If by 12.00 noon on the following day of the arrival date booked, the customer has not checked in yet, he will lose all his rights of the booking and the deposit.

Pitches: A concrete number of plot cannot be reserved (except MySpace Camping). Upon arrival, you will be told which one you are getting.

Camping Riu has the right to cancel any reservation if it is proved that the details given in the application form are incorrect.

Some services might not be available all the season .The prices include VAT. Touristic Tax not included.

The camping reserves the right to refuse a booking within the 3 working days following the date of the reservation. In this case, the camping would inform the customer in writing and within the delay specified. Max. 6 persons (adults or kids with their parents) per plot.

IMPORTANT: Passport or National ID is needed to access the site.

In order to improve security, and to get access to some free services, it is compulsory to wear bracelets on the campsite premises at all times.

 

2: Terms of booking conditions for renting Mobile Homes, Glamping Tents and Bungalows

Conditions for reservations 2020 made before May 25th 2020 or for season 2021

Payments: Except for some special offers, conditions are: 50% to pay when booking. The remaining 50% has to paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn’t take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay. In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. The dates of the stay cannot be modified. The camping reserves the right to replace the accommodation for an equivalent or closely similar standard accommodation due to circumstances that are outside its control (accommodation not usable, major repair etc.). A maximum number of occupants applies for each chalet type and cannot be exceeded. If before 12 midday of the day following the scheduled arrival date, the customer hasn’t checked in and the campsite has not been notified of any delay, the customer loses the reservation and any right to reimbursement of the deposit. In this case the camping will have the right to hire the accommodation to a third party.

Pitches: A concrete number of Mobile-Home or Bungalow cannot be reserved. Upon arrival, you will be told which one you are getting.

The camping reserves the right to refuse a booking within the 3 working days following the date of the reservation. In this case, the camping would inform the customer in writing and within the delay specified. Check in: Between 16h and 22h. Check-Out: Before 11h.

IMPORTANT: Passport or National ID is needed to access the site. All Mobile Homes, Glamping Tents and Bungalows include in their price the use of water, electricity and gas. One park for a vehicle per accommodation is also included in the price.

In order to improve security, and to get access to some free services, it is compulsory to wear bracelets on the campsite premises at all times. Dogs not allowed on Mobile Homes except on Brava (see dates on the web)

The prices include VAT. Touristic Tax not included.

Deposit: A deposit of 100 Euro is requested at arrival and will be returned upon departure after checking if the cleanliness and preservation of Mobil Home or Bungalow is correct. Otherwise you will be billed accordingly.

 

3: Conditions of the contract for the pitches MySpace Camping:

Conditions for reservations 2020 made from May 25th 2020: See above #1

1 It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of Camping Riu.

2 The pitches will be available for the customer from 1 p.m. on the agreed arrival’s date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 12 midday on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival’s date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure’s date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.

3 The minimum stay will be of 10 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season.

4 In order to confirm the acceptance if the contract the customer has to make a payment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card after having received the instructions. The outstanding balance for the planned stay has to be sent by bank transfer at least 15 days before the due arrival. Not issuing the 2nd payment will imply the cancellation of the contract and therefore the customer loses the right to occupy the requested pitch .

6 Any customer who does not arrive by 12 midday of the day following the due arrival date loses the right to occupy the pitch. Camping Riu reserves the right to rent this pitch unless the customer informs the reception about the delay. In such a case the booking will remain valid.In order to improve security, and to get access to some free services, it is compulsory to wear bracelets on the campsite premises at all times.

7 The administrative costs for the MySpace Camping are between 3 and 6 Euro per night. Camping Riu guarantees the customer the right to occupy the requested pitch during his/ her stay as indicated in the contract except for unforeseen circumstances. In this case there will be a refund of the administrative costs for the MySpace Camping pitch.

 

4: Conditions of the contract for lodgings MyHouse:

Conditions for reservations 2020 made from May 25th 2020: See above #2

It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of Camping Riu.

Minimum stay: 10 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season. When booking, please indicate the number of adults and children and also select MyHouse. Indicate in comments number you would like to get and wait for the answer of the campsite.

The lodgings will be available for the customer from 4 p.m. on the agreed arrival’s date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 11 am on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival’s date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure’s date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.

In order to confirm the acceptance if the contract the customer has to make a payment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card after having received the instructions. The outstanding balance for the planned stay has to be sent by bank transfer at least 15 days before the due arrival. 4: Cancellation garantie

The Sènia Group proposes hiring a cancellation guarantee that covers, under certain circumstances, the reimbursement of all or part of your stay.

• The subscription to the cancellation guarantee package is strongly advised. The amount is 3 Euro/night. This amount must be fully payed at the time of the booking.
• Group Sènia will not refund for any reason not covered by this guarantee.
• All started stayings will be paid in full.
